You are invited to "Drop In" to an exhibition of our results so far, view some project ideas and help in creating a vision for the future of Godalming.

With thanks to the many hundreds of Godalming residents who have already contributed to the consultation process by filling in questionnaires, talking to us and contributing their ideas and experience, and to Downs Solicitors who are sponsoring this exhibition.

The Wilfrid Noyce Centre is on the edge of the Crown Court Car park, (next the Burys Field).  If you don't know where it is

What is Godalming Healthcheck? The Market Town Healthcheck programme was an initiative of the Countryside Agency and to date some 200 towns have completed one.

Godalming is one of 12 Surrey towns chosen to participate this year.

A Healthcheck allows local people to identify The strengths and weaknesses of their town and its surrounding countryside and creates a vision for the future.

Why do a Healthcheck? To plan for the future of Godalming

The Town Council wishes to consult widely in order to plan the future of Godalming and to create a vision for the town which will have widespread support. A Healthcheck  is a proven way of carrying out that consultation.
